My Philosophy
Welcome Warriors! The Standard American Diet (SAD) is filled with processed foods made of sugars, refined wheats, trans fats, and seed oils engineered by the big food industry to make you chronically ill and addicted to carbohydrates and sugars. Only through a natural, whole food diet, can this be reversed, and the carnivore diet is by far the best at doing so. It is biologically the "Proper Human Diet"
My Experience
I am a retired US Army Chief Warrant Officer and have been living the carnivore Way Of Eating (WOE) since March of 2023, I have lost over 46lbs and reversed many of my chronic physical health issues including allergies, gum disease, IBS, arthritis, GERD, sinusitis, and migraines.
My mental health symptoms have also improved radically in the first few months, including a major reduction of stress, anxiety, and a complete elimination of depression.
